Open Patches
While wandering through the wilderness, he reached an open patch of ground, and entered. Suddenly, to his left a bush began to burn, and from around him a voice said "I am God. I am omnipotent, all-knowing, wise, revengeful and jealous. You are now on hallowed ground. You may be my high priest, or disciple. I am just starting out, you see - many lofty spots are available."
"Good," he answered, and continued his wandering. The bush stopped burning, and God became silent.
